announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Constellation
Homebuilders Systems (“CHS”), the acquisition of the shares of TietoEnator Majiq, Inc.
(Tieto) from Tieto Oyj (HEL: TIE1V).

manufacturing execution systems software dedicated to the Pulp and Paper verticals in North
America and several international markets. The acquisition of Majiq provides us with a new
